As of March 20, 2020, we have temporarily suspended classes at our physical location and have moved services to our virtual gym via Zoom (you can download the app for free in your app store). While we have taken some of the specialty classes off the schedule for now, you can see that our core group fitness classes are still online (6 am, 9 am, 6 pm, and Bootcamps like Kettlebell and Saturday Hiit). We're asking members to continue reserving classes online via our PushPress member app. Your coach will send out the online class link prior to class (usually 15-30 minutes before) along with your warm up instructions. Once you are warm, at the scheduled time you'll click the link to join your classmates and coach. You'll receive the same great coaching and attention to detail as you do in person and still feel the camaraderie of your gym buddies. It's the next best thing to being in the gym!
With schedules being up in the air, we realize that not everyone can stick to their regular class times and may need to workout outside of them. While we strongly encourage you to stick to routines at this stressful time, we also realize that it just may not be possible. Have no fear, we've got you covered! All of the daily bodyweight and dumbbell workouts are being videoed by our coaching staff and are available for you to work along with on your own time on our YouTube channel. We're also adding skill development videos for you to do at home as well as mobility drills. So all in all, it's business as usual!
